Israel – Before Your Shipment Arrives
Sonigo’s import department will make every effort to ensure a quick and hassle-free clearance and delivery of your shipment.
Note: You do not need to wait for a representative from Sonigo to contact you. Please feel free to call them upon your arrival to Israel and receive more immediate status reports. Best contacts are:

If you contracted for port-only service, Sonigo will notify you of your shipment’s arrival so you can arrange your own customs clearance and delivery.
If you have contracted for Door-to-Door service, you will need to either email us the customs paperwork we send you and the documents you have proving your status in Israel.
You will also be asked to provide Sonigo Intl. with the following information:
- Location of the nearest parking facility to the truck/container.
- Distance from that space to the entrance of your home, including the number of up/down steps along the way.
- Measurements of the widths of all doors, elevators, hallways and any other entrances.
At this point, you need only await our dispatch department’s call to schedule the arrival of your shipment.
