Incredibly professional and friendly service from start to finish- they work with an excellent shipping company that comes to your home and packs up your stuff, and then the staff helps you fill out the customs forms and navigate the bureaucracy and then the shipping company on the other hand does an amazing job delivering and unpacking your stuff. Nothing broke, not even a scratch! I highly recommend sonigo. It was a pleasure working with them!

Really bad experience moving from Tel Aviv to New York. Estimated 6-9 weeks. 7 weeks delay. Bad response time and costumer service after payment. Will never use or recommend them again

Sonigo made the packing, customs, and delivery experiences very smooth. They were also very responsive when I had questions during the process.
while all moves are painful, Sonigo did an excellant job of minimizing the paiOnj. antOn the USA side, we had excellant communications with the team and managed everlyt;hing well in spide of a major snow storm. The office staff workef well with me to handle the scheduling and later kept me informed about the status of the shipmebnt. The packing crew was pleasant, efficient, and paid areful attention to som with me toe of our spefial packing requriremtnts. On the Israel side, the office kept me informed about the shipment and was very helpful and patient with filling out the forms. The crew that brought the lift to our apartment eqully pleasant and efficient. beds were set up as was the dining room table. Boxes were moved into the room we requested. on My only complaint is that unwrapping the furniu;re was slow and tedius, but on the positive side items arrived safely, and not damaged. One has to be aware that international shipping, espicially across the ocean is different than domestic shipping. So all that wrapping and ;unwrapping is needed.

The packers and movers were excellent. I wish I was better organized for the move, but the way they handled things helped a lot. Our things arrived with no casualties and lots of help administratively. The guys who delivered worked nonstop to get everything done quickly.

We had an extremely negative experience with Sonigo and experienced extensive damage. Additionally we were extorted by the subcontractor they used in the US the night before the move - Asaf our contact from Sonigo disappeared and didn’t help us at all. The subcontractor told us to write to management and we followed up multiple times and never received a reply. We had an unprofessional and stressful experience and I would strongly reccomended against shipping with Sonigo. We shipped to the US.

I had a very disappointing experience with the New Jersey branch. The shipping estimate was highly inaccurate, leaving about one-third of my household items behind. The packing team was unprofessional — for example, they packed my daughter’s bed frame but left the mattress. Once in Israel, I discovered that bed sizes differ, so I had to order a custom-made mattress. They also left entire closets untouched. Customer service were slow to respond and took no responsibility. I would not recommend this company to anyone — moving to another country is challenging enough without having to deal with such poor service.

Si il y avait eu 0 étoiles j’aurai pu aussi mettre 0 étoiles ! Franchement , je ne recommande pas du tout cette entreprise si vous souhaitez déménager en Israël. Le service après vente est catastrophique , Sonia n’hésite pas à vous dire « estimez vous heureuse que je vous répond au téléphone » , j’ai jamais entendu ça de la part d’une entreprise. Notre interlocutrice Sonia a été hautaine du début à la fin , aucun accompagnement , aucune empathie , nous avons attendu 2 mois notre cadre. Tous les gens avec qui je parle me disent de ne pas passer avec eux et ce n’est pas pour rien ! À fuir !
