I am well acquainted with packing and of maximizing space and ensuring fragile items packing. I was and am amazed how professionally the packers were at packing the various items and even doubly amazed at how when my wife and I unpacked the boxes upon arrival, the items, and many of the items were of fragile nature (aside from the standard clothing, books, toiletries, linen, ...) such as dishes, paintings, pots, decorations were completely intact and were well buffered such that no damage befell these items. All packing material was sufficiently supplied by the packers. The movers who brought and unloaded the container were also exceedingly efficient. Kudos to all involved. I would highly recommend to anyone the services of Sonigo.

Excellent experience Shmuel and the Israeli team were exceptional to work with - responsive and informative. The final cost was actually lower than the original estimate (I guess I didn't buy enough). Sonigo packers from the Miami area were professional and thorough; delivery in Israel was smooth and helpful. Everything arrived as it left, in perfect condition. This was a challenging time to bring in a shipment - every ship in the world was delayed. No reflection on Sonigo. These are not *normal* times. My experience with the company was excellent and I recommend them highly.

Moving from Woodmere, NY with Sonigo I realize that making Aliyah to Israel is both fulfilling and traumatic. Most of the trauma surrounds the transport of your entire life’s accumulated stuff 6000 miles across the globe. Our experience with Sonigo was trying, but ultimately very successful. Most of the thanks goes to our move manager, Shmuel Mantinband. He went above and beyond, to always be in contact, and to respond promptly and efficiently. Our items were delivered with only minor issues, which all seemed to be resolved quite miraculously. I guess that’s part of the Aliyah experience. Kudos to our packers, whose team packed and loaded a 40 foot HC container in a day and a half, and the four exhausted Jewish/French crew, who delivered to our apartment in a sweltering 8 hour day. Y’asher Ko’chachem!

Recently shipped some household contents/furniture,etc. from new York to Gush Etzion Israel. The staff at Sonigo was very helpful whether it was in filling out forms or answering questions. The movers in America were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. On the Israeli side the company was in contact with us about every step of the way. The movers on our side were very professional and helpful. We would definitely recommend to others.

We moved a 20" container with an overseas shipping from Houston Tx to Israel. I can't recommend ENOUGH on Sonigo. The partner on the US side was informative, knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. The packing company was by far the best packers I've ever worked with- nothing broke on the way, everything was wrapped perfectly and packaged extremely carful. Arriving in Israel, midst Covid19 days, the Sonigo office in Israel was efficient, transparent, no surprises and no extra fees we didn't know about in advance. To sum up, we had such a positive experience I feel the need to spread the word so others could enjoy it as well. They are highly professional, know what they're doing, very experienced- this is the type of company you'd want to handle your life belongings.

Very Good Shmuel kept us in contact regarding our shipment and we were very satisfied. The shipment came on time and even a bit early. Working with Sonigo has been a pleasure.

The team at Sonigo is simply amazing to work with!! I had an excellent experience with the company from beginning to end. The communication throughout the process was outstanding, and I always had someone available to answer my questions. I'm still going through my boxes, but so far, everything arrived to Israel in great condition, the team was professional, the pricing was fair, and the delivery was completed exactly as promised. I really appreciated the care taken with my belongings and the overall level of service. I would gladly recommend Sonigo to anyone planning an international move. Thank you to the entire Sonigo team for helping make my Aliyah a little less stressful.

Incredibly professional and friendly service from start to finish- they work with an excellent shipping company that comes to your home and packs up your stuff, and then the staff helps you fill out the customs forms and navigate the bureaucracy and then the shipping company on the other hand does an amazing job delivering and unpacking your stuff. Nothing broke, not even a scratch! I highly recommend sonigo. It was a pleasure working with them!

We wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for Sonigo’s professionalism, availability, clear communication, and efficiency throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, the packing team in Dallas was attentive, respectful, skilled, and highly efficient. They handled everything with care, and the whole packing process felt smooth and well managed. The container arrived a few days ago exactly as planned. The team here unloading the container was wonderful - organized, careful, kind, and quick, while still paying attention to every detail. We’re still unpacking boxes, but it already seems that everything arrived safely and in great condition. Thank you for helping make such an emotionally complex transition feel simpler and far less overwhelming. We truly appreciate it 🌺

A very positive experience shipping my container to Israel on Sonigo! They responded promptly to my communications and made the sometimes complicated process more manageable. The packers they sent were excellent; on time and nothing broke! The container arrived at the time promised and was delivered and unpacked on schedule. Special thanks to Shmuel Mantinband whose presentation on Nefesh B’Nefesh was particularly helpful. So glad I chose Sonigo!
