The team at Sonigo is simply amazing to work with!! I had an excellent experience with the company from beginning to end. The communication throughout the process was outstanding, and I always had someone available to answer my questions. I'm still going through my boxes, but so far, everything arrived to Israel in great condition, the team was professional, the pricing was fair, and the delivery was completed exactly as promised. I really appreciated the care taken with my belongings and the overall level of service. I would gladly recommend Sonigo to anyone planning an international move. Thank you to the entire Sonigo team for helping make my Aliyah a little less stressful.
They shipped all my belongings in good condition and have great communication throughout the process. I would recommend to anyone moving internationally
Incredibly professional and friendly service from start to finish- they work with an excellent shipping company that comes to your home and packs up your stuff, and then the staff helps you fill out the customs forms and navigate the bureaucracy and then the shipping company on the other hand does an amazing job delivering and unpacking your stuff. Nothing broke, not even a scratch! I highly recommend sonigo. It was a pleasure working with them!
Great experience working with Sonigo! Highly professional teams, great customer experience for me!
Great communication! The delivery was perfect. Very friendly guys, solved problems as they came up, and did a quick professional job. Highly recommended!
We wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for Sonigo’s professionalism, availability, clear communication, and efficiency throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, the packing team in Dallas was attentive, respectful, skilled, and highly efficient. They handled everything with care, and the whole packing process felt smooth and well managed. The container arrived a few days ago exactly as planned. The team here unloading the container was wonderful - organized, careful, kind, and quick, while still paying attention to every detail. We’re still unpacking boxes, but it already seems that everything arrived safely and in great condition. Thank you for helping make such an emotionally complex transition feel simpler and far less overwhelming. We truly appreciate it 🌺
A very positive experience shipping my container to Israel on Sonigo! They responded promptly to my communications and made the sometimes complicated process more manageable. The packers they sent were excellent; on time and nothing broke! The container arrived at the time promised and was delivered and unpacked on schedule. Special thanks to Shmuel Mantinband whose presentation on Nefesh B’Nefesh was particularly helpful. So glad I chose Sonigo!
Sonigo made the packing, customs, and delivery experiences very smooth. They were also very responsive when I had questions during the process.
while all moves are painful, Sonigo did an excellant job of minimizing the paiOnj. antOn the USA side, we had excellant communications with the team and managed everlyt;hing well in spide of a major snow storm. The office staff workef well with me to handle the scheduling and later kept me informed about the status of the shipmebnt. The packing crew was pleasant, efficient, and paid areful attention to som with me toe of our spefial packing requriremtnts. On the Israel side, the office kept me informed about the shipment and was very helpful and patient with filling out the forms. The crew that brought the lift to our apartment eqully pleasant and efficient. beds were set up as was the dining room table. Boxes were moved into the room we requested. on My only complaint is that unwrapping the furniu;re was slow and tedius, but on the positive side items arrived safely, and not damaged. One has to be aware that international shipping, espicially across the ocean is different than domestic shipping. So all that wrapping and ;unwrapping is needed.
We've used Sonigo for two international moves and have been consistently impressed by their professionalism, service, and reasonable costs.
Shmuel and his team are global and great. We have shipped from the US three times with Sonigo, with appreciation.
The support of the Sonigo team was excellent! The support prior delivery, including customs release was outstanding. The team had always time for my questions and answered immediately. Also the delivery of the goods was first class!
The packers and movers were excellent. I wish I was better organized for the move, but the way they handled things helped a lot. Our things arrived with no casualties and lots of help administratively. The guys who delivered worked nonstop to get everything done quickly.
Très content du service rapide de parole j’ai eu un souci lors de la livraison ils m’ont cassé le marbre de ma chambre en 8 jours le problème a été réglé et réparé franchement je recommande une équipe présente rapide et efficace bravo
The full relocation experience with Sonigo was spot on from A to Z. Every staff member was nice and helpful. All of our belongings were packed with care and arrived in excellent conditions. We always had clarity regarding the status of our shipment. Would use again and recommend 100%
Door to door, the best possible transatlantic experience. Not a broken glass, not a box missing, and delightful, hardworking, professional crews on each end.
I cannot possibly overstate my satisfaction and gratitude to Shmuel, Salome, Sonia, and everyone else at Sonigo involved with my move. The process was seamless and highly professional both in the U.S. and in Israel. These folks have this down to a science. And they fully appreciate the stress involved on the client side. I am so grateful to Sonigo for how smoothly my move went and how everything worked out. My worldly possessions were treated to a first class trip to the other side of the planet and I could not be happier.
Not one complaint! They were fantastic packing up in America . We were updated across the Atlantic and Mediterranean. Upon arrival in Israel the delivery was flawless. The price estimates were correct. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

L’équipe fait preuve d’un professionnalisme exemplaire et d’une vraie attention aux besoins de ses clients. Une expérience fluide, agréable et très professionnelle du début à la fin, je recommande sans hésiter !
Very professional! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We transferred our household furniture from TLV to IST via Germany. All the furniture arrived in good condition. The packaging team in Israel made a good job as well as the local delivery and unpacking team in Istanbul was very professional. The timeline that Erez (Sonigo) comitted was on time as well. Thank you for your service!
Great service on both ends with door to door delivery. Really thorough and without anything breaking during the move. Thank you.
Working with The Sonigo Company for more than a decade. Very, very professional team and operations. Highly recommended.
Second time using their services. First was from MN USA to Israel and recently back. The first time was excellent and shipment arrived on time and in good condition. This time we are still in the middle of the process, but thus far it was great. The packing team was nice and professional and the office crew were responsive and helped me a lot.
Sonigo did a 5-star plus job with our international move. From Adam Perlman's webinars, real-time Q&A, 1-on-1 discussions, to estimates/pricing, inventory, packing, customs, office support, delivery and unpacking, Sonigo was flawless. I cannot believe how smoothly our move went.
Honestly, it is the best service I have ever received. Those people went above and beyond to help me with my container even though they didn't have to. Had it not been for them, I would have lost my container with all my personal belongings. And a special thank you to Nofar Malka who guided me through every step of the process and did much more than expected. 👍👍👍👍👍
Kelly Acoca was great at keeping us informed here in Israel, and the deliverers did an excellent job. Sonigo is highly recommended.
I agree with all the excellent reviews Sonigo got here. I appreciated the excellent service from the staff. I had the pleasure to be in contact with Nofar, Amihai, Kelly and Kobi. They were always giving answers rapidly and explaining patiently when things were not clear. All the process of releasing my container from customs and the delivery of my boxes at home passed without any problems. I was appreciative of working with people who know their job. Thank you all for your service and professionalism.
Nofar, Kelly and the logistics department of Sonigo were fantastic. Outstanding service from the moment our goods arrival notification by ship was received until the delivery at our home. Everyone was professional, helpful and went the extra mile. The delivery team were quick, efficient and unpacked and cleared up - all round fantastic service.
From Start to Finnish a very good experience. Professional, very responsive, everything taken care of. Thank you!
