The documents listed below are the standard documents required for Personal Import.
If you have no tax-free rights, these are the required documents for personal import (for both spouses if married):
Teudat Zahoot or Israeli Passport or Foreign Passport,
Power of Attorney - Click to open
Declaration of goods - Click to open

If you are bringing in goods with rights as a tax reduced shipment, we will also need:
all of the above plus
Foreign Passport with Visa or Stamp from Meches, Teudat Oleh (or Teudat Zchuyot) Teudat Zahoot and Israeli Passport (if you have one).
