Just wanted to let you know that we received our shipment today and everything went well. The men were great. They were courteous, helpful and went out of their way for us.I was happy to give them their well earned tip.
No boxes were missing and although we only had enough time to go through a few of the boxes, everything we opened so far seems to have arrived in fine condition.
There were times when I wondered whether sending a shipment was worthwhile, but when I saw the smiles on the faces of my little girl and my wife when they saw things that reminded them of life in the States, it realized I had done the right thing.
BTW, the double bass was still in tune after its two month voyage at sea!
